SENIOR CLASS HISTORY Four years ago our class, the largest in the history of the school, began our high school career as traditional Green Freshmen. Al- though new in the business, we came through that first year with flying colors, only a few of our numbersuccumbing to the semester exams. As officers for the year, we chose Bill Hanson as President, Dorothy Bastien as Vice President, and Bessie Wright as Secretary-Treasurer. Our second year was a very successful one in which, supported by Frank Holloway, Dan Busch, Dorothy Hart, and Bob Dawling, we showed our true worth in all activities such as Band, Football, Basket- ball, etc. We began the third year in full stride, making it outstanding by producing one of the most colorful and original plays ever presented in M. Ti H. S. auditorium, A Rose O'Plymouth Town. Through the help of our officers, Constance Elliott, Dan Busch, Frank Hollo- way, Doris Wood, and Ruth Wodicka, we conducted a profitable year of candy sales and sponsored the annual J unior-Senior Prom. V The last-and the one nearest our hearts-our Senior year, has come only too quickly. To guide us through the last year at M. T. H. S. we selected James Smith, Tommy Keough, and Charles Held. This year we have missed the helpful guidance of Mr. Williams, our sponsor for three years, but we have carried on through the assistance of Mr. VVilson. Our second stage production, The Ghost Flies South , has passed into a glorious memory. We are now pushing eagerly toward the Prom, and soon after, Graduation. In June, as we pass through the portals of M. T. H. S., we may say to all former and future graduates, We have fought a good fight, we have finished our course, we have kept the faith. Dorothy Hart.
