OCATIONAL education at Murphy comprises a Technical Training program with 42 students and a Diversified Occupations program with 107. In addition to the regular academic high school subjects required for graduation, the Tech Trade students take four periods of machine shop, radio, or drafting; and the D. O. students train down town in industry. Diversified Occupations students work for a minimum period of three hours a day, five days a week, in retail and wholesale selling, office training, and trades ... In the office of Dr. George I.
