SEPTEMBER 11, 1947 R. F. Bevens, manager of he local Sears-Roebuck store, who secured the grant for the room. J. J. Freistroffer, co-ordinator of distributive education. That extremely proud man walking around Central halls this week is Mr. Freistroffer, co-ordinator in distributive education. It's that room furnished with a model store unit by the Sears-Roebuck Foundation for the use of classes in retail selling. New lights, new paint job on the walls, new finish for the floor, and Venetian blinds make it a very attractive spot. Lucky Central, the only school in Indiana to receive such an outfit!
