I would like to thank you for your many outstanding contributions to the Mulvane educational system through your school years, and to let you know that we have enjoyed having you as a student in USD 263. We would hope that your school years have been educationally profitable for you. and that you will reap the benefits of your knowledge as you go through life. Wc would hope that you do not let your search for knowledge end upon graduation from high school, but instead will continue your quest for learning all the years of your life. Learning is a never- ending process --- from birth to death! Every new day is a chance for increased knowledge, whether it be college, the vocation by which you earn your living, or simply the learning processes required to exist and compete successfully in the task of evjry-day living in this complex modern society in which we now live. We would hope that you graduating seniors of 1980 will gladly accept the challenge of acquiring the knowledge that will enable you to successfully accept your role as the leaders of tomorrow — and tomorrow will be upon you almost before you realize it. Look ahead with anticipation, and prepare yourself educationally to seize opportunity when it knocks, and you will have a happy, successful, and full life.
