The Administrative Corps Is Guided By Superintendent Parks We extend our gratitude to Mr. Dean Parks, who has been the Superintendent of Schoo ls at Mulvane for the past two years. We thank him for patiently listening to all of our opinions and doing his best to improve the relation- ship between student and administration. The Superintendent carries out his educational leader- ship through a cooperative planning philosophy which involves teachers, principal ; and the board. A large share of administrative time and ei ' ort is necessarily spent on stretching the available funds to cover education needs. Webster Promotes Leadership Through Understanding Mr. Jerry Webster is one of the most essential persons at Mulvane High School. His duties include organizing the staff and cvuriculum, maintaining discipline, and encouraging school spirit and pride. He is responsible to the students, parents, and public for establishing the best possible educational program. As the principal at MHS, in the spring of 1971, Mr. Webster worked many hoiys with faculty, students, and members of the community in a self- evaluation study for North Central. In November, 1972, the Evaluation Team, headed by the State Department of Education, spent three days in inten- sive evaluation of the school. The final report commended the students and the school. Jerry Webster, Principal, Jerry Nelson, Vice- Principal. Jean Shaw, Registrar. Mr. and Mrs. Webster with their two boys, Greg and Mark. Joan McKinney, Bookkeeper.
