BOARD OF EDUCATION: George Gosney, Jennings Reusser, W. D. Munson, and Frank Carson. Atclminidtra lion Looking back over the past school years I noticed for the first time how difficult it must be to organize and run a school like Mulvane High. The administration has been busy the whole year trying to keep school going smoothly in the old building, and making plans for the coming year in the new building. Mr. Munson and the Board of Education has been working with the contractors, checking over plans, and overseeing the beginning of the new high school. Mr. Cook has handled the difficult job of working with students and faculty and of keeping order for the year. Members of the faculty have kept more than busy sponsoring clubs, and riding pep club buses to ball games, as well as teaching classes all day. We ' ve been difficult to handle at times and as all teen agers do, we ' ve felt terribly abused when forced to comply with school rules and regulations. Now that the school year is drawing to an end- -and graduation is in sight, we begir to realize that without these rules our school would not have been one to be proud of. School spirit and school pride conne from cooperating and working to- gether for a common goal. Our thanks to our friends, teachers and adminis- trators--for making our school exper- ience truly memorable Courtesy of RAMON ' S DRY GOODS Mulvane High School

Dear Diary: When school opened there was much more than the us ual amount of confusion on the first day, because of the location of class rooms in different buildings. Almost as many seniors as freshmen wandered into the wrong class room and stared in bewilderment at the persons who were supposed to be there. Even though our club activities, programs, games, etc. made our schedule full, we somehow managed to get most of our lessons. The Journalism Class worked long hours getting our Annual ready for us. There was always the inevitable rush to meet a deadline. It was really bedlam when pictures or a whole page turned up missing at the last moment . nnuai S tuff arid Gary Mur- i preparing the ■iint deadline. Compliments of DR. AND MRS. LESLIE H. COBB
