t 9 5 g1f'. Class l listorie of ,26 Un September seventh, in the year of our Lord, nineteen twenty-two, there entered into the land of learning fifty-two see knowledge. Some came fro111 the eighth grade where they hat. engaged in filling their minds with valuable knowledgeg some were and fresh from the far country, some were from farms where tl been tillers of the soilg and some were from other halls of instruetf.. . And it came to pass that Barbara Robertson rose up as the gr leader chosen to lead these seekers of knowledge. And as they dwelt in the land they fell in with the customs of the inhabitants thereof, and their strangeness wore away, and they each became as one amongst the rest. As days flew by they partook of the merriment and enjoyments of this land. Out on the football Hllll basketball fields of this land many of their munbers did march bravely and gallantly. The second year it came to pass that the class did choose Claude Cosner to guide them. Likewise it did come to pass that the Hi-Y and Girl Reserve began to function and the multitude thronged to support them. Now the class in the third year did choose Earel McMunn to serve them and it so happened that in order that the coffers might be filled with silver, the class gave the The Deacon Entangledf, which the people did much enjoy. And as the days came and went the fatted calf was killed and thus a great passover took place, noted for its beauty and splendor, and to which all the Seniors were hidden. A And again in the fourth year the class elected liarel Mcltlunn presi- dent, and the multitude's eyes were turned toward graduation. It so happened that many had dropped by the wayside, only thirty remaining. And as they did tarry here they decided to publish the M to keep dear the memories of their ti111e spent in these pleasant halls. To replenish the coffers the class presented And Holne Came Ted,', after which the whole land praised it. The multitude thronged to support basketball, football, track, tennis, debate and music. So it came to pass that with much sorrow in their hearts and yet with great rejoicing this class did receive their diplomas and passed out quietly, ever to be missed.
