Making quite a contrast to the initiation pictures above the F.F.A. initiations always bring about much fun to the student body. l liUMlEECiDQVllN G Our annual Homecoming Day was on November 9, 1956, and was one of much activity. Approximately two hundred Exes were present to make the day a huge suc- cess. To end the day, a Homecoming Game was played with Dimmitt. During halftime ceremonies the Homecoming Queen, Mary Jo Holt, was crowned. Muleshoe won the game by a score of T2-O. .4 L L, x ft Registration forthe Exes. During the day an unusual pep rally was held. A slcit was put on by the cheerleaders and members of the football team entitled The Marriage of Mr. Muleshoe Mule to Miss Hope Victory. Mr. Muleshoe Mule was played by Bill Black, co-captain of the foot- ball team, and Miss Hope Victory was played by Mary Jo Holt, the Homecoming Queen. The ceremony having been completed, the lovely couple walk up the aisle together
