DEDICATION We, the class of 1966, dedicate this ARROW to Mr. Robert Douglas, who has ably served our high school for the past eleven years. Before coming to Mukwonago, Mr. Douglas attended Wis- consin State University at Platteville, where he received his B.S. degree. He taught for three years at Oxford-Endeavor before coming to Mukwonago in 1955. At the present time, Mr. Douglas teaches agriculture and basic mathematics. He is the head baseball coach and the B team football coach, and is a past president of the Mukwonago Teacher’s Association. This dedication is to express our sincerest appreciation for all that he has done for us as a teacher and a friend. 2

FOREWORD Everyone will agree that an entire year cannot be captured within the covers of a single book. The purpose of our annual is, however, to recall through picture and print a small portion of the activities and accomplishments which have taken place in the past year at Mukwonago Union High School. This year the Indian head, which is the emblem of our school, has been chosen for the cover of the annual. We hope that this book will recall for you, the student body, the many accomplish- ments of the Indians—through the efforts of our ball teams, Indianettes, and other organizations. In addition to the moments of excitement and pleasure, we hope that you will also remember die hard work and long hours of study which have made this school year a successful one. By paging through this book, we hope that you will recall, with the fondest of memories, the year gone by. It is for this purpose that we, the ARROW staff, present to you the 1966 ARROW.
