SOLILOQUY TO SENIORS You came in '59, four short years ago. Much has happened since that September morn. Demo- crats are in power, Cuba is communistic, Berlin has a wall and you are through high school. What will the next four bring? Suffice to say taxes will be higher, someone will reach the moon and Russia will need to buy wheat from the Free World. Some of you will be college seniors, some anxious parents, others will be in the service, some will have completed their military obliga- tions, many will be gainfully employed and a few will be looking for jobs. All will be older, more experienced and will have plans for the future as well as memories of the past. May your memories of M.U.H.S. always be pleasant ones, an A in trigonometry, the state track championship in '61, forensic winners and band soloists going to the state contest, honors day and graduation night. Graduates in '63, citizens of destiny in '67. KENNETH HORN, PRINCIPAL CALVIN DANIELSON, VICE-PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATION Seniors-- All group life is based on a set of common interests, beliefs, and actions. It has been our aim to help you discover and develop these concepts. Best wishes to each of you.
