The 1961 MUKWONAGO UNION HIGH SCHOOL MUKWONAGO FOREWORD As the years pass, the sound of shuffling feet, the murmur of voices, the scores of people listening to the music in the li- brary, the burning of the midnight oil, the sound of teachers’ voices, the thrill of pep assemblies, and the ball games be- come moi'e and more faint. All of these fleeting events and deeds, we, the ARROW Staff, have tried to hind in this book. Scene II, and from Hamlet, Polonius’ farewell to his son Laertes, “This above all, —to thine ownself he true; and it must follow as the night the day, thou canst not then be false to any man.” Act I, Scene III. I have many pleasant memories of your stay with us. Class of 1961, and I hope you will always be true to the ideals of your school. Calvin D. Danielson Vice Principal To the Class of 1961: It is with deep pride that I extend to you my sincere congratulations for a job well done. As I recall the past four years, I think of your many outstanding accomplishments in academic as well as extra-curricular activi- ties.
