BASKETBALL Undisputed Conference Champions is the title that the Mukwonago basketball team now holds. For two previous years they shared the title with other teams in the conference. Beranek. B. Baas. L. Holtz. FOOTBALL TEAM The 1952 edition of the fighting Indians was another tribute to Coach Danielson and Coach Bray's ability for moulding football teams. The boys had a 7-1 record for the 52 campaign. Until they were de- feated by a powerful Whitewater City High team, they had won 23 con- secutive victories. Some of the fellows who seem to deserve specific mention for their fine individual showings are: George Porter (conference's leading scorer and unanimous choice for all-conference honors); Dennis Barber, captain and another all-conference player; Dale Orgas, all-conference; Dave Orgas, all- conference; Carlton Sayer, all-conference; Fred Babeck, all-conference. Due to the splendid spirit of cooperation of the team and the outstanding guidance of the coaches, the boys turned in another fine record. BASEBALL Mukwonago was successful in baseball, too. The records show that Coach Danielson turned out another winning team. They chose as their captain, Glenn Pugh.
