' ' ' u MUSICAL EVENING - 20 SEETEMBEH This year saw our aulience seated at right angles to the stage with the performers in front of the eastern wall m a very cosy arrangement providing a more relaxed and informal atmosphere. what an audience 2 Never before have we been supported in such numbers and with such enthusiasm. It was a most heart-warming reception for our instrumentalists and choristers, which resulted in a highly successful evening of great benefit to all the musicians. The experience of actual public performance is invaluable - for the listeners as well as the players, and we hope that all those who attended in whatever capacity, left at the end of the evening - feeling inspired to try to achieve greater heightst f Once again, we had the support of our P,TQA. in providing refreshments during the interval.
