Muiaenberg Junior School Judo Class has had a great judo year with no less than four of the pupils being selected for Western Provinceo Julie Lane for the girls team and Eddie Gluckman, Martin Gluckman and Wayne van Schoor for the boys team. TDS behaviour and team spirit of the pupils on the tour to the South African Championships in Bloemfontein was a credit to the school. All of them fought hard and showed the right spirit in winning or losing a fight. I would like to thank the school for all its support and co-operation during the year. AQE. BUTCHER 4JUDG COACH GENERAL Kmowtabee a This year's General Knowledge team consisted of Lisa Cox, Tom Hawkins and Shane Myers, The reserves were Michael Louw and Simon Arenholdt In the first round of the lnterschoolsl General Knowledge Quiz held in May, we competed against Sun Valley and Kalk Bay. We were narrowly beaten by Sun Valley by 5 points. I Later that month we attended the Annual Triangular Quiz between Muizenberg Junior School, Kirstenhof and Westcott at Kirstenhof Primary. For the second successive year we brought the trophy Vhome' to Muizenberg Junior School. ' - ce have gained much knowledge of the world around us and are more of day-to-day affairs.
