We started with a large group of gymnasts, some of whom joined and dropped out when they realized how much effort is involved in gymnastics This kind of sport requires a great deal of time, patience? discipline and particularly, enthusiasmu I coached the gymnasts from scratch, after assessing their ability and after months of training divided them into Z groups, beginners and the more advanced gymnastsn The latter are at present training for their Western Province Colours Competitiono The gymnasts have worked very hard and very enthusiastica in the little time that the school has been able to spare us.
