M.T.H.S. Benefits Determination and a set goal were among the many things which enabled Mr. Kermit H. Schmehl to achieve the position ot high school principal. Unknovvingly ex- ercising his high ideals ot cooperation, honesty, and efficiency, he has set leadership examples and raised Muhlenberg's standards. Mr. Schmehl earned the posi- tion he presently holds by obtaining a Ph.B. at Muhlen- berg College and an NLS. from the University of Penn- sylvania. Although an assistant principal position was not established for the 1963-64 term, Mr. Schmehl did rely on his secretary, Mrs. Ethel Shaner, for all of his clerical work. From Ideals Of . . .
