Pictured above is th X . e service plaque honoring the Muhlenberg graduates and undergraduates in the armed forces, and three students who participated in the dedication ceremonies. They are, left to right, Carolyn Trexler and Jane Luerssen. who reid the names of the servicemen, and Betty Geisler, who unveiled the plaque. Service plaque and service Hag were dedicated in junior and senior assemblies Thursday, April 8 and Friday, April 9. The Thursday program included a talk by Rev. Richard Jones, pastor ot' St. Peter's Methodist Church, Reading, and three tenor solos by Q. R. Keath, local mechanical drawing teacher. Address by Rev. Daniel J. Wvetzel, pastor of First Reformed Church. Reading and three soprano solos by Mrs. Betty Hessler Fisher, accompanied by Mrs. William Maier, both of Reading, were the highlights of the senior assembly.
