Temporary Professor of the Chair filled by the late Dr. Richards. A.B. Muhlenberg College 1896; was born June 26, 1868; Keystone State Normal School Class 1889 ; Teacher of the Normal School for the Spring of 1893 ; entered the Sophomore Class ; while at College he was editor-in-chief of The Muhlenberg ; President of the Inter- Collegiate Oratorical Union, and a substitute teacher in the Allen- town High School ; since his graduation he has entered New York University as a student of Pedagogy ; he had nearty completed his course leading to Doctor of Pedagogy when upon the death of Rev.
