With deepest sorrow and tender reverence We have prayed that this great soul may find eternal rest in the Heavenly Home of that Master whose faithful servant he Was. We who are reaping the benefits of Bishop Kelly's wisdom and foresight find it hard to express the sorrow- ing love and gratitude that Wells up in our hearts as We try to pay some fitting tribute to his memory. Bishop Kelly has been called the builder-bishop and to us the title seems praticularly appropriate. He was in- deed a builder, not only in a worldly way, but especially in a spiritual way. His materials were the souls of men, and, like the divinely inspired master craftsman that he Was, he set about to build mansions for his Father's house. He laid his foundations deep and strong upon the corner- stone of faith, raised them high with hope, and adorned them with loveliest charity.
