HISTORY OF THE SENIOR CLASS SENIORS at last Four years of toll and struggle haxe finallx pioved their worth Now when we look back upon the years which have passed so swlftlx we find a tinge of regret We iemembei oui lieshman vear when we began with 114 membeis expeiiencing all the new thiills of high school llfe How proud we felt when we ietulned as seasoned sophomoies The membership had dropped to 98 but all the um and vitality iemained Juniors' Could it be possible Our class actually assuming the iespon which fell upon our broadening shoulders including the ordeiing of the treasured class rings Although only 70 of the original 114 students ie mained we accepted all the new tasks with assured ability Now the big moment Organizing the class of 48 Ofhceis are elected the white carnation is chosen as the class floxx ei colors ire blue and white and the class motto is selected Knowledge comes but XVIS dom lingers A class of 65 has returned to enjoy the coveted privileges extended only to Seniors As we leave Mt Healthy High we all cherish many happx memories and our fondest wish is that the students who step into the places we leave vacant may enjoy their responsibilities as much as we 3 f ' - , , .O .
