The Tatler Year Book HMammaHIEIIEIRJHIRIEEEIEIEIBEIEELERIHEEIIE IEEHHIEIEEIIEIEEIHIIBHEHEEEIEIBIEIEIERIIELEIEEILEIHLRJEIEEIIEIEIEEHEIIEIBMEFI EEEE EEEE E ' E E unzor Glass E E E E E E CZQDHEN we, as Freshmen, entered Mount Healthy High School we were just another E E Freshman class looked down upon by all the other students. But after a year's E lg hard work of absorbing all of the knowledge that was poured over us by our teachers, E E we became Sophomores, Sophomores! How big we thought ourselves then! As time lg E passed we began to feel the more serious side of our studies and to realize that we should lg have some ideals for which to strive. IE E E E With these more serious ideas we became Juniors. We felt proud of ourselves for E reaching this stage in our school career, although some of us had been lost on the byways. Those who were left began to take a more noticeable part in school activities. On the EEE EEE E girls, basketball team there were three Juniors-Helen Klenk, Frances Hall, Rosa -Lou gl E Bell. The boys' reserve team would have been rather at a loss had it not been for the E playing of Thomas Asbury, Walter Korn, Robert Schmidt, Stanley Schaefer, and Curtis 25 E Stienbrecher. Then, too, we feel sure that the playing of Fred Corbett and David Ferris E E helped the Soccer team in its successful season. Three of the star members of tlhe tr'-iqik Q E team, Alice Hoock, Marcella Neidhard, and Jack Paris, belong to the Junior c ass. e E E Juniors placed third in each of the intramural games. E E In the scholastic realm of school life certain Juniors are quite prominent. Among E these are Harry Bokelman and Thelma King, who lead in class honors. Howard Wirtz won third place in the spelling match which was given by the Hamilton County Teachers' E Association. Ruth Graybill and Eleanor Cunningham seem quite content to break Ei records with their continuous string of A's in French. ' El lg The Juniors do well along the musical line, too. The weekly music classes owe much E IZ! of their success to the competent accompanying of Frances Hall and Robert Schmidt. IE E E S Although we do not excel in any type of school arts, we do our best to keep up the E E high standards of Mount Healthy Hi set by former classes and we hope that when our E E school career is finished the faculty will feel that it has not striven unsuccessfully.
