Besides play- ing an excellent game as guard on the girls' basketball team, she stands well in her class work. Her commendable work on the Tatler is to be remembered also. His ample self-confidence has given him a Hying start toward being a big man, and we hope soon to Find him proeting by this aevantage, and bringing all he initiates to a brilliant end. Emma has been given a fme start toward her goal by bril- liant accomplishments in her class work. With ua heart to resolve, a head to contrive, and a hand to execute, Emma believes in doing what you choose to do, well. JUANITA SCHMIED When in her class, she always worked, When duty called, she never shirked. Juanita is an energetic student, always willing to lend a helping hand whenever her services are needed. Glee Club nOn her sunny way she goes, Much she wonders, much she knows, Marie always looks on the bright side of life, and her cheery countenance tells one that she loves pleasure. Her popularity in school is due to her keen interest in athletics and school activities. FLORENCE KLINE Orchestra, Glee Club Flossie is one of our mu- sicians. She is a member of the Orchestra and Glee Club. Her hobby is dancing to the popular song hits of the day. Flossie may be found wherever there is music. She has al- ready started her career by teaching piano to many aspir- ing pupils, DOROTHY MANNING Glee Club Miss Manning is generally quiet. She is a wise bircl, for she never meddles in others' affairs. Therefore, she gets in- to no trouble. Dot is a model class-mate and quite a student. Her grades are above the average in the class. HAZEL MYERS Hazel is a fine worker, and each undertaking of which she is a part, always is a success. We are certain that she will succeed in her life work. 20 u- v .0

Bob's work on the Tatler is certainly a credit to himself, and the paper. He has surely succeeded in keeping the sport column something to look for- ward to, and a thing of interest to all. Everyone knows that he will win a prominent place in the world. CATHERINE SHIPLER Glee Club Catherine is a meek, studi- ous little senior. One can always hnd Katy plodding away at her lessons. We hope she keeps up her good work and will enjoy success in what- ever she attempts. DAISY SMITH Orchestra, Glee Club, Librarian If everyone took as great an interest in school a 3 Daisy does, our school would be per- fect. She is a very competent -librarian, and her work has been very highly appreciated Daisy is a member of the High School Orches'tra ancl Glee Club. Her enthusiasm is as evident in the classroom as elsewhere. GRACE WALDMAN Basketball, Glee Club. Grace is a fast forward of the girls' basketball team The only objection to her playing laccording to the opposing teaml is that she makes too many goals.
