Glee Club nOn her sunny way she goes, Much she wonders, much she knows, Marie always looks on the bright side of life, and her cheery countenance tells one that she loves pleasure. Her popularity in school is due to her keen interest in athletics and school activities. FLORENCE KLINE Orchestra, Glee Club Flossie is one of our mu- sicians. She is a member of the Orchestra and Glee Club. Her hobby is dancing to the popular song hits of the day. Flossie may be found wherever there is music. She has al- ready started her career by teaching piano to many aspir- ing pupils, DOROTHY MANNING Glee Club Miss Manning is generally quiet. She is a wise bircl, for she never meddles in others' affairs. Therefore, she gets in- to no trouble. Dot is a model class-mate and quite a student. Her grades are above the average in the class. HAZEL MYERS Hazel is a fine worker, and each undertaking of which she is a part, always is a success. We are certain that she will succeed in her life work. 20 u- v .0

I-ll-t ARNOLD HOCK Another popular boy from North College Hill is Arnold. He has many friends among the entire High Schooli He is a student and a sociable class- mate. RUTH HOLLE Glee Club Ruth may be termed the homeegirl. She is good- natured and optimistic. Ruth is also a very good cook as well as a good student. She is a member of the Glee Club, and is very much appreciated. WILLIAM HOLLE Bill is known throughout the school for his good disposition and sense of humor. He surely cheers everyone up dur- ing exam time, when we need cheerfulness an d encourage- ment. We may also add that Bill is never wanting in friends. He will surely be a success in later life because of his ability to form friendships. ERNA KEMPER Glee Club Erna has already shown her business instinct, for she comes to school many times with her lessons typewritten. S h e is very amiable and has many friends. Erna will surely make a success in the business world, if she chooses to enter it.

Besides play- ing an excellent game as guard on the girls' basketball team, she stands well in her class work. Her commendable work on the Tatler is to be remembered also. His ample self-confidence has given him a Hying start toward being a big man, and we hope soon to Find him proeting by this aevantage, and bringing all he initiates to a brilliant end.
