Carmel .loint Senior High School as bewildered Sophomore-s. Shortly after arriving, we were welcomed with initiation. This was much fun and helped everyone to become acquainted with one an- other. As the winter season approached. our card campaign was in full force which later proved to be a financial success. It was also in our Sophomore year that our football team was recognized as the champs, and it is a privilege to say that our Class President. Dan Ficca. and Vice-President, Ray Froutz, were members of the squad. The two big events in our Alunior year were the Magazine Campaign and the Zlunior-Senior Prom which we sponsored. They both turned out to be a financial as well as a social suc- cess. ln that year we also held a few dances in the gym. This year we put on the Senior Class Play, Stage Struck, and also an all-boy Senior Talent Show which the boys directed and put on themselves. It certainly was a hit! lespecially with the femalesj Last but not least are two occurrences ar the end of the year, Commencement and Baccalaureate. Wfe look for- ward to these exercises with eagerness and yet with much regret for we will never forget the days we spent at dear old Senior High. Wfe now look forward to a new life ahead.
