f 'N Q1 e Mnritz l Marion Birkla d The staff of the 1938 Blue and Gray dedicates this hook to Marion Birkland, for her accomplishments as yearbook adviser for three years, and for her sincere friendship and cooperation with the stu- dents in making their work successful and enjoy- able. And to Lucille Maritz, editor-in-chief of the 1938 BLUE AND GRAY, who worked very faith- fully on this book until the last three weeks of the second semester when she was forced to discon- tinue school because of illness. Lucille has been responsible for planning the layouts and direct- ing the other staff members in their work.
