Une 0 I Q I P ' ne Soiree a Paris, fAn Evening in Paris, was a very appropriate name for the Homecoming Dance. The cafeteria, where the dance was held, was divinely decorated. All around there were small round tables with red checked table- cloths over them, and a flower setting on each table. About the floor were many street lamps that gave just a touch of light and a certain romantic atmosphere to the dance. In the center of the floor was a crepe paper replica of the Eiffel Tower, sur- rounded by shrubbery and balloons. The dance floor was very lively. Many couples were dancing, good music was being playedg and to go with the music there was a light show. Most couples that attended the dance went out to dinner, sometime before or after the dance. Some favored restau- rants would include: Bobby lVlcGees, for a bit of entertainment during dinner, The Point, for a touch of class, Hungry Tiger for seafood, and Blaclc Angus for those steal: lovers. The dance was very memorable. For some couples the dance started their night off great, for others it ended their night beautifully. Janelle Hyslppe and Pete Cummins share a dance as this year's Homecom ing King and Queen. Lisa Holman and her dare display a couple of the different corsages that were given at Homecoming. 28 Homecoming Dance 0 Q 'idx
