The Bombers traveled to Clinton to play the Yellowiackets. A highly disputed play for a point after a touchdown by Clinton reached the Arkansas Athletic As- sociation. Because our team put sportsmanship above victory and gave Clinton the extra point the Bombers received commendation from the A.A.A. The score ended T3 to T3. The Blue and Gold team of M.H.H.S. were startled in their second home game ofthe season. With the Bombers leading T2 to O at the half a spirited Bentonville Tiger team came back to tie the locals l2 to 12. October T6 the Berryville Bobcats came over to the local stadium to play at the Bombers Homecoming. The Mountain Home team emerged way ahead by a score of 31 to 7. The Bombers played in another homecoming this one at Heber Springs. The boys avenged a pasting of last year by walloping the Heber Springs team 45 to O. ln the last home game of the season, a strong team from Ava, Missouri, was welcomed by Mountain Home, and the Panthers left here with a 20 to T4 victory under their belt.
