Dedication We, the Class of 1969, dedicate this yearbook to SISTER MARY VERONICA, RS.M, for her many years of service to Mt. de Sales, Having been superior of Mt, de Sales for twelve years, Sister was responsible for many important decisions concerning the future growth and development of our school, Sister was in charge when the boarding school for girls was dis- continued, when boys were admitted to the school, and when St, Joseph’s Hall was constructed. Sister has served in various other policy-making capacities, in- cluding nine years on the Provincial Council of the Sisters of Mercy in Baltimore, In the past Sister Mary Veronica has taught biology, religion, algebra and sociology. This year her schedule includes basic algebra, serving as assistant librarian, and proctoring study halls, We are grateful to Sister Mary Veronica, R,S,M, for her dedication and hard work throughout her many years at Mt. de Sales.
