This organization is based on the ability of the members to run a business meeting in a democratic manner. It allows the members to develop character, citizenship, self-expression, leadership, and farming abilities and skills. The FFA is self-supporting organization working on a national scale with ten cents dues yearly per member and has always been financially stable.
