1 CLUB The Key Club, a service organization sponsored by the Kiwariis Club of Alexandria, consists of twenty boys who possess outstanding qualities of scholarship and citizenship. The chief objective of the club is to give its members experience in civic activities which benefit the school and community. Among the many activities of the club are the annual spring hobby show, the P.T.A. membership drive, and the cake-baking contest and Mr. Fant, Sponsor. The Lawrence Washington Chapter of the National Honor Society was organized to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, a desire to render service, to promote worthy leader- ship, and to encourage the development of character throughout the entire student body of the school. This chapter is composed of members of the junior and senior classes. Each individual is selected on the basis of his service to the school, leadership, character, and scholar- ship.
