Our days have been busy ones-- filled with studying and classes, meetings and more meetings, snow, rain and sunshine, practices, rehearsals and more meetings, going steady... telephone conversations, not going steady.. . hurrying home, rushing to the all-important job, riding around, dashing here and there for another meeting, practice, rehearsal, studying and going to classes, reports and term papers, programs, plays, music, trips, ball games and track meets, tournaments, parties and dances, high moments..... low moments...... scurrying to catch the bus, studying, recitations, examinations, bulletin announcements to be governed accordingly, P.A. announcements to report immediately,” the office telling students where to go, studying and classes, going steady... not going steady... high moments..... low moments...... fan busses, new friends, type A or a-la-carte, sprinting to the cafeteria-- to stand in line, paying fees, reporting to the auditorium, TV classes, acquiring a driver's license studying, classes, examinations, leisurely walking home... We sometimes wonder why we had to go through it all, but we wouldn't have missed it for anything. These are some of the facets of our busy days we have tried to capture in this edition of THE HOOP-POLE. 4
