The major project of the Board of Education this year was com- pleting all the plans for the new junior high school which is to be opened next fall. During the school year, this group had installed a new heating system in Fourth Ward Schoolg and this summer they plan to have converted Mount Vernon High Schoo1's coal heating system to a gas heating one. 14
