MCMILLS, '55 Cfzazfman This year a Senior Ball was inaugurated, given not by the Seniors, butfor them. The Western Hills Country Club was the scene of the First Senior Ball, and May 16 was the date. The decorations were floral-in harmony with the lovely May time. The music was furnished by Lindermarfs seven-piece orchestra. Mr. and Mrs. Ioseph Volz, Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Winter, Mr. and Mrs. Iohn Monahan, Miss A. M. Iones, Miss Genevieve Lamping, and Mr. E. Stamm were chaperones. Glbe Qtbletin Banquet May 20 brought the Athletic Banquet, which, while it is the occasion of awarding Athletic honors, is really a social event of importance. The banquet was held in the College dining room, where the appointments and decorations were in the traditional blue and gold. The committees in charge, to whom much of the success of this banquet is due, included: drrangementr-Kathleen Keegan, Emily Quilling, Gertrude O'Donnell.
