Coach Dunkle from Snoqualmie Elementary says that the team is easier to work with when they know what the basic rules are. Their record this year was exceptional; they had seven wins and one loss. Six out of the seven wins were shut outs. Dunkle says that the year was very suc- cessful and good luck in the future! FOOTBALL 103

This year ' s J.V. team ended their season with a two win-three loss record. The Junior Cats started the year off with a BANG and a win over the Tahoma Bears 6-0. The Cats then ran into a big dry spell, waiting for the season finale to repeat their opening, with an exciting seventeen-fifteen victory over the Rams of Mount Rainier. The mid-season stumble was primarily due to the fact that the Varsity team had been devastated by injury. The varsity, was then forced to replace the upperclass starters with underclassman, who had demonstrated promising skills at the J.V. level. Although the win-loss record wasn ' t overly impressive, it allowed an opportunity for our younger players to gain much-needed experience, which shall directly effect the success of future Wildcat clubs. The coach Ray Wilson says that the guys did a great job and to keep up the great work. 102 FOOTBALL
