C With the budget-cuts: Lyieai, - numerous departments suffered. It also affected the secretarial workers, in both the Counseling Center and the Administration Of- fice. Their salaries were cut down due to the cuts in hours. Instead of working five days a week, they worked four days a week. Not only did the cuts affect the secretaries, but it also ceased the continuation of the activity buses. Money was tight this year. The School District felt that the money used for the activity buses were better off some place else. All in all, the school managed very well due to this unfortunate set back. 1. Mrs. Derwin prepares lunch for the students. Lets hope it's not the same thing she prepared yesterday! 2. How can you smile with all those screaming students on your bus, Cheryl Bartley? 3.
