ONGRATULATIONS J. Hubert Radcliffe, principal, busy at work for the benefit, welfare and success of Mt. Savage High. This was Mr. Radcliffe's first year as principal of our school. We con- gratulate you, Sir, for a job well done. We of the ARROWHEAD would like to also say, Thank you for your willing and thought- ful cooperation in aiding us with our book.
