All plans, except ordinary life, 20 year payment life, juvenile 20 year endowment, endowment at age 18, and en- dowment at 65, which are offered from 5HS500.00, are issued from 351,000.00 to 325,- 000.00. Certificates provide for cash sur- render and loan values, paid-up, and ex- tended insurance.
