During the past 12 months, I have had the pleasure of attending Mt. St. Joseph as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student. This year offered a unique opportunity to experience the culture and lifestyle of my peers in a foreign country. It has been a wonderful time of learning, new horizons, and friendship. I would hope that Mt. St. Joseph will become more involved with the Youth Exchange Program by allowing other foreign students like myself to join them in becoming part of the MSJ community. Perhaps, in the future, the school would like to participate in a more active way by sending abroad a student from the Academy. To Father La valley, the MSJ faculty, and my fellow students: I offer my sincere thanks for your acceptance, your guidance, and most importantly, your friendship. The beautiful friends and memories I have made this year will always hold special meaning and remain with me, as will the loving spirit of Mt. St. Joseph.
