CBoolzs They are novel, they are classic; They are light, they are heavy; They are amusing, they are serious,- They are apathetic, they are passionate; They are witty, they are dull. They do not talk, yet they teach through words. They do not see, yet they describe the wonders of nature and man. They do not hear, yet they retell the words of men long gone. They do not become aroused, yet they awaken the dor- mant feelings of men. They do not even whisper, yet they are heard around the world. They delight, they distress. They reminisce, they prophesy, They perish, they live on. They cannot love or hate. But they are loved and hated. They are lights in the darkness, And they are the darkness itself. They are Mortal and immortal Because Mortal and immortal Men make them.

Dedication DEDICATION Because of her many years of devoted contact with Mount Saint Joseph Academy, Sister Mary Clementine has established herself in the hearts of literally thousands of Mounties. Throughout the course of her teaching career. Sister has influenced the lives of her pupils in numerous ways. These former pupils include many of our parents and relatives, as well as some of the teachers who are now her fellow faculty members. All that is esteemed in the truly Christian scholar is embodied in Sister Mary Clementine, who has received degrees from Saint Michael's College and Fordham University, and who has also studied at the Catholic Uni- versity of America. Service in other capacities, such as sacristan, librarian, and Confraternity teacher, has been rendered by Sister at various times during her years as a Sister of Saint Joseph. Sister Mary Clementine's interests are numerous and diverse. Whether it be writing religious poetry, reading German, or cataloguing a complete and accurate list of alumni, she can always be relied upon to do the work of a perfectionist. Her deep interest in the religious, scholastic, and athletic life here at the Academy is well recognized and appreciated. In the light of her dedication to the Mount, we, the class of 1965, dedicate our ''Mount'' to Sister Mary Clementine.
