INFORMAL BUT EFFECTIVE Two new administrators join staff Principal Donald Hedwall has been taking a personal interest in people at Mt. Rainier for five years. He has strived to create an informal but educational atmosphere between students a nd teachers. He was assisted by three vice principals. Mr. McKay18b, at Mt. Rainier since its opening, spends his time seeing all is in order on campus. Miss Garrison C25 has become a familiar face at all school activities, since she came to us after seventeen years at Evergreen and some time on the faculties of two Washington colleges. Faced with the major task of keeping the activity office running smoothly, Mr. Gordon C97 is the other new face at Rainier. He spent twelve years at Glacier and, now here, is responsible for co-ordinating activities.
