Your graduation marks the close of the first ten years in the annals of this school. Congratula- tions to your parents, also, who rejoice with you on your achievement. During your high school days at Mount Pleasant, you have been guided and directed by your principals and teachersg you have grown and developed into fine young men and women. You now go forth to be numbered among the vast group of young people leaving our schools as graduates. Upon your shoulders rests the responsibility of putting into practice those sound principles which we hope we have given you and which will help you always to be able to distinguish between what is right and what is wrong.
