Our Theme . . . The New Mount Pleasant Although we are always anxious for the opening of school in September, the anticipation was especially great this year because we were entering 'ga new home. Occupying our beautiful new school was not only a milestone in the educational life of Mount Pleasant but also the climax of our school life for we, as seniors, were establishing a 'cfirstf' the first class to be graduated from the imposing structure on Marsh Road and Washington Street Extension. This important milestone is memorable to all of us who have lived, learned, laughed, and played in the grandiloquent new school.
