VARSITY VOLLEYBALL 1983-84 MT PLEASANT The 1983 Volleyball Team finished the season with a 6-7 record and became known as the spoilers in the league. The Cards upset the play-off bound Andrew Hill Falcons to culminate the season in 5th place. Following a building year in '82, Coach lfinnard was pleased with the over-all performance of her team. With an average height of 5'4'1 the team 's quickness and sound fundamentals heloed to make them contenders in the MHAL. Leading the team were seniors, Cinch Solidarios-Most Valuable Player, Kris Flores-Most Dedi- cated and leaneen Teixeira-Most Inspirational Player. Rounding out the award winners were Lori Comes-Most lmproved Player and Romy Agustin receiving the Coaches Award. The Volleyball Team has set the play-offs as their goal in 84-85.
