IT IS NOT ENOUGH TO ACQUIRE WISDOM, IT IS NECESSARY TO EMPLOY IT. From thy halls, dear Alma Mater We, at length must part. But thy mem'ry shall not perish From a student's heart. It belongs to all of us, and yet it belongs to none of us . . . what words could better describe our relationship with Mount Penn High School. As we, the class of 1957, leave behind many things that were only loaned to us: the lab, the shop, the domestic science room, the auditorium and basketball court, the classrooms-yes, and the full attention of our teachers, nevertheless, we take with us the fond memories which are most certainly our own. We probably have not made any signifi- cant contributions, nor will we be remem- bered longer than any other class, but we will always be united in spirit through the strains of our Alma Mater.
