STUTZMAN Advisor MARCUS CLASTER President The Student Council serves as a mediating body between our faculty and students. Composed of a boy and a girl representative from each class, this governing organization endeavors to promote school spirit, provide assembly entertainment, sponsor dances, and respond to suggestions from students for improvements in the school. Possessing legislative and judicial powers the Council strives to give each student a recognized voice in the affairs of Mt. Penn High School.
