'ffujzrfx i' fi ' L15 -'7rfr'.f'rfrg - v Fifty acres of land, located .4 mile from the present site, have been purchased and an architect employed to draw a master plan for the new campus. This campus, upon completion, will be adequate to care for 500 boarding students. How fast the new campus is developed will depend upon the need for additional facilities and availability of funds. Plans call for the first building to be a girls' dormitory and it is planned to be ready for occupancy in the fall of 1958. We expect to be accredited in the fall of 1958 according to an announcement made by Dr. James E, Hillman, Director of Professional Service of the N. C. State Department of Education and Dr. W. C. Pressly, Chairman of the Standards Committee of the N. C.
