Building Program An ambitious building program to meet the rapidly increasing enrollment of the Mt. Morris Public Schools has begun under the leadership of Super- intendent Scharer. Two elementary schools were opened in the fall of 1956, construction work on the new high school began in November, and other units are being planned.
