The Sodality is a way of life rather than an organization. Its three-fold aim is personal sanctification, sanctification of neighbor and defense of the Church. There is a definite goal to be reached by means of a common Rule lived to imitate Christ more closely, as Mary imitated her Divine Model. Reverting to the original Sodality idea, Quality not quantity, the Sodality was reorganized on a selective basis. Approximately eighty Sodalists were faithful to a period of intense instruction and were so permeated with the Sodality ideal that their influence has been felt throughout the student body to such an extent that all previous Sodality activities are being carried on more enthusiastically and new activities have been inaugurated.
