The climax of our Easter vacation was reached when the long-awaited night finally arrived. First, the cheerful exchange of greetings at Kleinhans Music Hall, and then, an evening of soft music by Buddy Mack's orchestra, twirling skirts and the shuffle of dancing feet. Our Senior Prom was not just another dance. It was one of the highlights of our four memorable years at Mount Mercy, for it marked one more major step toward the day of days-gradua- tion. Although it lasted for only one short evening, all agreed that memories of our Senior Prom will live forever in the minds of the Senior Class of 1951.
