A. offers every student the opportunity to enter competitive sports in the inter-class, inter-dorm games, and rivalry has been started with Conn. College and even Amherst! A. A. also sponsors the annual Skating Carnival, and holds a banquet each December, distributing athletic prizes and awarding the Sarah Streeter cup. • Outing Club, complete with car, has two locations . . . the cabin for relaxed over-nights away from campus, and the fire place by Lower Lake for picnics, sings, and roasts. The song contest has become a tradition; skiing trips arc planned at the first flake of snow; inter- collegiate activities stimulate outside “friendships”!
